Rooms and Facilites
Aptly named after cheerful, chirpy birds including scarlet minivet, hoopoe, emerald dove and magpie robin, the rooms are tastefully done up and rank high on aesthetics and functionality. The scarlet minivet & hoopoe rooms are duplex and are ideal for families.
They also have a small seating area overlooking the pleasant outdoors. The rooms are replete with facilities like TV, mini bar and tea and coffee maker.
The emerald dove and magpie robin rooms are smaller and suited for double occupancy.

Kotagiri is home to the David Sullivan memorial, dedicated to the David Sullivan who is credited with the establishment of the British settlement at Ooty. He was instrumental in introducing horticulture at the Nilgiris and was largely responsible for the economic development of the district.
