Given the times we live, the importance of sustainability and going back to our roots can hardly be overemphasized.  While the terms ‘natural’, ‘eco-friendly’ and ‘green’ are buzz words in most sectors, the skin and hair care as well as wellness segments are certainly not far behind.  The significance of natural ingredients, time tested methodologies and ancient wisdom including the application of the principles of Ayurveda, have certainly given a boost to brands that advocate the use of refreshing, natural, pure and nourishing products.

Products of Deyga Organics: natural and pure

Deyga is one such brand that offers a wide range of products spanning skin care, hair care, bath-body, oral care, wellness, baby care and grooming for men.  It is key to note that all products from Deyga are handcrafted and use only natural and pure ingredients that are ethically sourced. Needless to mention all their formulations make use of traditional wisdom and the products are manufactured sustainably and not tested on animals.  I had a chance to try some of their cruelty free products and below is quick summary of my experience.

Rose and Geranium Body Butter: Deyga offers an extensive range of skin care products like serums, suncreeen, lip care, foot care, face maks and scrubs. Their range of body butters includes those suitable for babies and those without any fragrance too. I tried their Rose and Geranium Body Butter which is not only vegan but Paraben, Phthalate and SLS-free too. With the subtle flavour of English rose this one has a pleasing aroma and provides a high level of hydration to the skin leaving it nourished and rejuvenated. It also has other ingredients like unrefined shea butter, extra virgin coconut oil, sweet almond oil, rose essential oil, geranium essenital oil and jojoba oil.  The softness on the skin remains for a long time and it is a great product if you have dry skin.  You can obtain more details about this product here.

Hair Growth Oil: formulated  with pure natural oils such as castor oil, coconut oil, rosemary oil, and grapeseed oil, this hair growth oil makes use of two potentially powerful natural ingredients that are known to promote hair growth; hibiscus and fenugreek.  The oil has been designed to help reduce hair loss, control dandruff, reduce itchiness, and make your hair thick  and voluminous. With a pleasant fragrance this oil is sure to get your tresses glowing. Ensure you apply it evenly and massage it into your scalp.  You can obtain more details about this product here.

Shea Saffron Bath Bar: this one is curated with the goodness of natural products like raw shea butter,  sunflower seed oil, saffron, olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil, all of which are ingredients your grandma always told you was great for your skin!  This formulation protects the skin from irritations and from the harm inflicted by UV rays leaving the skin radiant and moisturized.  You can obtain more details about this product here.

Argan Cold Pressed Oil:  Obtained from the seeds of the Argan tree which is native to Morocco, Argan essential oil is rich in anti-oxidants, unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins.  The oil is a boon to the hair in that it not only promotes hair growth but helps restore dry and damaged hair.  It is also an elixir for the skin as it heals skin irritations, reduces wrinkles and rejuvenates the skin.  Apply a few drops on the required area of skin and/or hair and wash off after 30 minutes.  You can obtain more details about this product here.
