Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large ripe tomato
- 1 large onion
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1 lemon – juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Coriander a few sprigs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl cut open the avocado and mash using a fork until it is smooth.
- Finely chop the tomato, onion, and green chillis and add to the avocado.
- Mix well and add salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Top with finely sliced coriander and serve.
Notes
- Ensure that the avocados are ripe.
- Make sure to deseed the chillies; you can use more or less based on your spice tolerance.
- Use a lower spicy chilli for best taste.
